2010 Registration Closes Thursday May 13th 2010
WALK IN REGISTRATIONS These are ideal for both returning and new members to our clubs. Returning members will have the luxuray of simply signing a pre-completed from - based on your registration information from last year. New members will be able to show the birth certificate of new members right on site at the walk in registrations. We will be setup again in three convienient locations on three difference days as listen below. MAIL IN REGISTRATIONS Mail in of completed regstration forms will be accepted until May 1st 2010, with the exception of Interlock. All interlock registration forms must be recieved by March 31st 2010, to ensure registration of teams with both the Hamilton District and WWISL. There will be no refunds after May 18th 2010 with the exception of medical. Please ensure to use a single registration form for each child and identify on your cheque the name of the child or children you are registering. Please do NOT send cash in the mail. This year Registration is being made more accessible with the offerring of online registration. Our online registratoin is hosted in conjunction with ITSportsnet and the Ontation Soccer Association. The process will take you off the West Hamilton Youth Soccer web site, to a 128Bit Secure web site, so that all personal information remains private. The online registration also allows for various payment methods. You can choose to pay by credit card, or once your application/registartion is complete, you can choose to pay by cheque directly to the club. If this option is selected, the club is automatically notified of the completed application and the pending receipt of a cheque. Are spaces available for my child?
